  • Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $50.

  • Standard Shipping (Under $80): For orders under $50, shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

3. Duties & Taxes Covered (DDP) Enjoy a seamless, worry-free shopping experience. We proudly ship all global orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we cover all customs clearance fees, import duties, and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees upon delivery.

4. Need It Faster? (Expedited Shipping) If you need your pieces for a wedding, event, or special occasion, please reach out to us before or immediately after placing your order. We will gladly coordinate an exclusive expedited shipping solution tailored to your timeline (additional rates may apply based on real-time carrier quotes).

5. Our 30-Day Delivery Guarantee We stand by our delivery promises. In the rare event that your in-stock order takes longer than 30 business days to arrive, you are fully protected. You may choose between:

  • A full refund (upon return of the delayed package when it arrives).

  • A free reshipment of the same items.

6. Order Tracking & Potential Delays Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that while we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or customs inspections. We actively monitor all shipments and will do our utmost to ensure your package arrives as swiftly as possible.
