Thank you for choosing AuraOrient. We want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of heritage clothing you purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, we are here to help. Please read our after-sales policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: We understand that you may change your mind. We accept unconditional order cancellations and will issue a full refund if requested within 12 hours of payment completion (or before the order enters the fulfillment process).

After Shipping: Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, we are unable to intercept or cancel the package. You will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the items.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Standard Items)
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date your package is delivered for standard items.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition: brand new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned with perfume scents, makeup stains, or signs of washing.

Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all international return shipping costs.

3. Bespoke & Special Items (Non-Returnable)
To ensure quality and hygiene, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order is placed, unless there is a quality defect:

All Bespoke (custom-made) Hanfu and altered garments (as these are tailored specifically to your measurements).

Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, innerwear) and wearable accessories (e.g., hairpins, earrings).
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
We conduct strict quality inspections before shipping. If you unfortunately receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the package, providing clear photos or videos of the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and AuraOrient will bear all related shipping costs.
5. Failed Deliveries & Refused Packages
If a package is returned or destroyed due to customer reasons (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address, being unreachable for delivery, or voluntarily refusing the package), the customer will be responsible for the incurred logistics costs and any product loss. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned package to confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your card issuer or bank.
